20 ug of the indicated human whole cell extract was loaded onto a 4-20% SDS-PAGE gel. After electrophoresis, proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and probed with 3 ug/mL of antibody. Secondary detection was performed with 0.08 ug/mL of HRP-conjugated donkey anti-rabbit IgG antibody. Images were captured after development of membrane following exposure to AvivaBlot™ Femto ECL Reagent.
