Detection of human and mouse iASPP by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HEK293T (50, 15, 5 µg) , HeLa (50, 15 µg) , and mouse NIH 3T3 (50 µg) cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-iASPP antibody orb1527881 used for WB at 0.1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
