Anti-PDIA3 / ERp57 antibody IHC staining of human kidney. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody concentration 5 ug/ml.

Immunofluorescence. Anti-ERP57 antibody in primary RPE cells at 1:100 dilution. Cells were fixed with 4% of PFA.
