IHC testing of FFPE human tonsil stained with anti-PD-1 antibody (clone PD203-1). FFPE testing requires tissue to be boiled in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH9, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.
