Detects recombinant human PODXL (Cat No.: orb2970022) in indirect ELISA.

Flow-cytometry using anti-human PODXL antibody. Hela cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human PODXL monoclonal antibody (Catalog orb2974432, Yellow Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L Polyclonal Antibody, FITC and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.

Western blot analysis was performed using anti-PODXL monoclonal antibody at 1 µg/mL on various samples. Lane 1: recombinant human PODXL (Catalog No: orb2970022), Lane 2: negative control.
