Separation of HLA-G transfected HEK-293 cells stained using anti-human HLA-G (2A12) APC antibody (concentration in sample 1.67 μg/ml, red-filled) from HLA-G transfected HEK-293 cells stained using mouse IgG1 isotype control (MOPC-21) APC antibody (concentration in sample 1.67 μg/ml, same as HLA-G APC concentration, black-dashed) in flow cytometry analysis (intracellular staining).
