IHC testing of FFPE human renal carcinoma with B2M antibody (clone MGBP2-1). FFPE testing requires sections to be boiled inpH9 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA for 10-20 minutes, followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes, prior to staining.
