Western blotting analysis of human PAG using rabbit polyclonal antibody PAb (409) on lysates of Daudi and Ramos cell line under reducing and non-reducing conditions. Nitrocellulose membrane was probed with 2 µg/ml of rabbit anti-PAG monoclonal antibody followed by IRDye800-conjugated anti-rabbit secondary antibody. PAG was detected around 65 kDa.
