Flow cytometry analysis (surface staining) of human peripheral whole blood showing CD133 positive stem cells (blue) and lymphocytes (red) stained using anti-CD133 (W6B3C1) purified, GAM-FITC.

Western blotting analysis of human CD133 using mouse monoclonal antibody W6B3C1 on lysates of HT29 cells and Jurkat cells (negative control) under reducing and non-reducing conditions. Nitrocellulose membrane was probed with 2 µg/ml of mouse monoclonal antibody followed by IRDye800-conjugated anti-mouse secondary antibody. CD133 was detected around 125 kDa.
