Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of anti-human EPHA4 mAb (orb1743094). (A) orb1743094 does not bind to CHO-S cells that do not express EPHA4. (B) A clear peak shift of orb1743094 was seen compared to the control when incubated with EPHA4-expressing MCF-7 cells, indicating strong binding of orb1743094 to EPHA4. Antibodies were incubated at 5 μg/mL.
