Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of anti-human CXCR2 mAb (orb1826956). (A) orb1826956 does not bind to CHO-S cells that do not express CXCR2. (B) A clear peak shift of orb1826956 was seen compared to the control when incubated with CXCR2-expressing THP-1 cells, indicating strong binding of orb1826956 to CXCR2. Antibodies were incubated at 5 μg/mL.
