Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of anti-human CLEC2D mAb (orb1471700). (A) orb1471700 does not bind to CHO-S cells that do not express CLEC2D. (B) A clear peak shift of orb1471700 was seen compared to the control when incubated with CLEC2D-expressing Raji cells, indicating strong binding of orb1471700 to CLEC2D. Antibodies were incubated at 5 μg/mL.
