Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of rabbit anti-human CD45 mAb (orb1173977). (A) orb1173977 does not bind to CHO-S cells that do not express CD45. (B) A clear peak shift of orb1173977 was seen compared to the control when incubated with CD45-expressing Jurkat cells, indicating strong binding of orb1173977 to CD45. Antibodies were incubated at 5 μg/mL.
