Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of anti-human CD23 mAb (orb1743080). (A) orb1743080 does not bind to jurkat cells that do not express CD23. (B) A clear peak shift of orb1743080 was seen compared to the control when incubated with CD23-expressing Raji cells, indicating strong binding of orb1743080 to CD23. Antibodies were incubated at 5 μg/mL.
