Bioactivity

• In Vivo:
  Zalutumumab (5 mg/kg, intraperitoneal injection 2 hours after tumor induction) can affect tumor growth in A431 xenograft model mice.
• In Vitro:
  Methods: A431 cell line was treated with zalutumumab (0-1 μM, 96 hours) and cell viability was measured. Results: Zalutumumab inhibited A431 cell proliferation with an IC50 value of 1.5 nM.
