For immunofluorescence start at 10 μg/mL.Antibody validated: Western Blot in human and mouse samples; Immunohistochemistry in human and mouse samples; Immunocytochemistry in mouse samples and Immunofluorescence in human and mouse samples. All other applications and species not yet tested.
