Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20℃ Ethanol) fixed HeLa cells using orb625622 (CD71 Antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L).

IP result of anti-CD71 (IP: orb625622, 4 ug; Detection: orb625622 1:500) with HeLa cells lysate 2400 ug.
