Western blot analysis of lysate from 293 cell line, using RPS6 Antibody (N-term). AM8431a was diluted at 1:1000. A goat anti-mouse IgG H&L (HRP) at 1: 3000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 35μg.
