Preliminary experiments also showed a 150kDa band in lU2OS cell lysate and in Human Smooth Muscle lysate.. The observed molecular weight corresponds to different antibodies from other commercial sources..Recommended concentration: 0.3-1µg/mL. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
