Detection of human gamma H2AX by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (10 µg) from Jurkat cells treated with 100uM Etoposide (+) or untreated (-). Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-gamma H2AX antibody used for WB at 0.04 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
