Detection of human BCR by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (5, 15 and 50 µg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) and HEK293T (T; 50 µg) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-BCR antibody orb1527312 used for WB at 0.1 µg/ml (A) and 1 µg/ml (B) and used for IP at 10 µg/mg lysate. BCR was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-BCR antibody, which recognizes an upstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds (A) and 10 seconds (B).

Detection of human BCR by immunocytochemistry.Sample: FFPE section of human K-562 cells (contains the chromosomal translocation, t (9: 22) that creates the BCR/ABL fusion gene). Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-BCR (Cat. No. orb1527312) used at a dilution of 1: 1, 000 (1µg/ml). Detection: Green-fluorescent goat anti-rabbit IgG-Alexa Fluor® 488 used at a dilution of 1: 1, 000.
