Western blot analysis of anti-STAP1 Antibody (N-term) (F56) in mouse kidney tissue lysates (35 ug/lane). STAP (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human prostate carcinoma tissue reacted with STAP1 antibody (N-term) (F56), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
