Immunofluorescent analysis of Hela cells, using ERp72 antibody orb626815 at 1:50 dilution and FITC-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG (green). Blue pseudocolor = DAPI (fluorescent DNA dye).

IP Result of anti-ERp72 (IP: orb626815, 4 ug; Detection: orb626815 1:500) with HeLa cells lysate 2800 ug.
