Western blot analysis of PCM-1 antibody (C-eterm) in K562 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane)

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human lymph reacted with PCM-1 Antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.

Flow cytometric analysis of K562 cells using PCM-1 Antibody (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
