anti-Neurofilament-L / NF-L antibody at 1/1000 dilution. Lysates at 40 µg per lane. This blot was produced using a 7.5% SDS-PAGE. Nitrocellulose membrane was then blocked an hour before being incubated with orb1294400 overnight at 4°C.

Immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: primary cortical neurons, NF-L antibody (orb1294400): 1-250, Red: Tuj1 antibody, Anti-rabbit 488: 1-500, Fixed: 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 20 min.

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin embedded Human brain tissue labeling Neurofilament-L / NF-L with orb1294400 at 1/100.
