  Anti-Mutarotase antibody has been tested in WB and assayed against 1.0 ug of Mutarotase in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) code as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:2,000 to 1:10,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. Reconstitution Buffer: Restore with deionized water (or equivalent). Reconstitution Volume: 100 µL

Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Biotin, anti-Rabbit Serum as well as purified and partially purified Mutarotase [Porcine Kidney]. Cross reactivity against Mutarotase from other sources is unknown.

ELISA Results of Rabbit Anti-Mutarotase Antibody Biotin Conjugated tested against purified Mutarotase. Each well was coated in duplicate with 1.0 µg of Mutarotase. The working dilution is 4100. The starting dilution of antibody was 5 µg/ml and the X-axis represents the Log10 of a 3-fold dilution. This titration is a 4-parameter curve fit where the IC50 is defined as the titer of the antibody. Assay performed using Blocking buffer and TMB substrate (p/n orb348651).

Western Blot of Rabbit Anti-Mutarotase Antibody Biotin Conjugated. Lane 1: Molecular Weight Marker. Lane 2: Mutarotase [0.05 µg]. Primary Antibody: Anti-Mutarotase Antibody Biotin at 1:1000 overnight at 2-8°C. Secondary Antibody: HRP Streptavidin (p/n orb348767) at 1:40000 for 30 min at RT.
