Western blot analysis of MPZ Antibody in CEM cell line lysates (35 ug/lane)
Flow cytometric analysis of CEM cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
MPZ Antibody immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human brain tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining.
Western blot analysis of MPZ using rabbit polyclonal MPZ Antibody using 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected (Lane 2) with the MPZ gene.
