Plate was coated with human IgE at 1.25 ug/ml in PBS, and then incubated with anti-human IgE antibody from 0.004 ug/ml to 1 ug/ml. The secondary antibody, HRP conjugated goat anti-mouse antibody, were used at 1:10000.
