  Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.Western Blot:Approx 50kDa band observed in fetal Mouse Brain lysates and 35kDa plus fainter 50kDa bands in adult Mouse Brain lysates (calculated MW of 52.9kDa according to NP_061280.2). The observed 35kDa band corresponds to the calculated MW of human isoform 2 (35.2kDa according to NP_001138597.1), but this size isoform has not yet been confirmed in Mouse. Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/mL. In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing full-length Human MKRN1 (myc and DYKDDDDK tagged), a band of approx. 60kDa was observed. No bands were observed in mock-transfected HEK293 and the same band was observed using anti-DYKDDDDK tag antibody. Recommended concentration, 0.3- 1µg/mL.Purchase the +ve control! orb1248860 (1 ug/ml) staining of Mouse fetal (A) and adult (B) Brain lysates (35 ug protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
