Description | MIP-1a Antibody (biotin) |
Target | CCL3 |
Clonality | Polyclonal |
Conjugation | Unconjugated |
Reactivity | Human |
Form/Appearance | Lyophilized |
Concentration | batch dependent |
Immunogen | Produced from sera of rabbits pre-immunized with highly pure (>98%) recombinant hMIP-1a (Human MIP-1 alpha ). Human MIP-1a specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and then biotinylated. |
UniProt ID | P10147 |
Tested applications | ELISA, WB |
Application notes | ELISA:Sandwich:To detect hMIP-1a by sandwich ELISA (using 100 μL/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.25 - 1.0 μg/mL of this antibody is required. This biotinylated polyclonal antibody, in conjunction with our polyclonal Anti-Human MIP-1a as a capture antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2 - 0.4 ng/well of recombinant hMIP-1a. Western Blot:To detect hMIP-1a by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hMIP-1a is 1.5 - 3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. |
Antibody Type | Primary Antibody |
Storage | Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 2 weeks. For long term storage store at -20°C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles. |
