Western Blot at 1:1000 dilution + human fetal brain lysate Lysates/proteins at 20 ug per lane.

Western blot analysis in mouse Neuro-2a cell line lysates (35 ug/lane).

MAP3K15 Antibody immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human kidney tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining.

Flow cytometric analysis of Neuro-2a cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated donkey-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
