Western blot analysis of in K562 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane).

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue reacted with LGR5/GPR49 antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.
