Western blot analysis of IMMT Antibody in Hela cell line lysates (35 ug/lane)
Western blot analysis of IMMT using rabbit polyclonal IMMT Antibody using 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with the IMMT gene (Lane 2).
Flow cytometric analysis of hela cells using IMMT Antibody (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram) FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
IMMT Antibody immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human colon carcinoma followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining.
