  This purified antibody has been tested in western blotting. Reactivity is also expected in ELISA, neutralizations, radioimmunoassay and immunohistochemistry. The endotoxin content is estimated to be < 10 pg/µl by the LAL method. By western blot a band approximately 15 kDa in size corresponding to native human IL-9 protein is expected in the appropriate cell lysate or extract. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.

A control of similarly diluted normal rabbit IgG is recommended.

• Storage: Store Anti-IL-9 antibody at 4° C prior to restoration. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
