• Dilution Range: Optimal antibody dilution should be determined by titration, however as a guideline try; IHC-P: Use a concentration of 1 µg/ml. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6 before commencing with IHC staining protocol. ICC/IF: 1:100 on paraformaldehyde fixed HeLa cells, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. WB: (0.001µg/ml) staining in Jurkat and HepG2 cells nuclear lysate. Detects a band of approximately 64 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 64 kDa).Flow Cyt: Use 1µg for 106 cells.
