Recommended concentration: 2.5-3.5µg/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature. Flow Cytometry: Flow cytometric analysis of THP-1 cells. Recommended concentration: 10ug/ml.

Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature. Image A: THP-1 cell lysate at primary Ab concentration 3 ug/ml. Image B: A549 cell lysate at primary Ab concentration 3.5 ug/ml. (Loaded 35 µg protein in RIPA buffer, per lane). Detected by chemiluminescence.

Flow cytometric analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed THP1 cells (blue line) permeabilized with 0.5% Triton. Primary incubation 1hr (10 ug/ml) followed by Alexa Fluor 488® conjugated secondary antibody (1 ug/ml). IgG control: Unimmunized goat IgG (black line) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody.
