The Feline VEGF-A polyclonal antibody is unlabeled and has been qualified for use in ELISA and Western blot applications. It is the capture antibody in the Biorbyt Feline VEGF-A ELISA. The Feline VEGF-A antibody was produced in rabbits and is antigen-affinity purified. This antibody has shown no cross-reactivity with rabbit, or zebrafish VEGF-A proteins. This antibody has shown moderate to strong cross-reactivity with bovine, canine, caprine, equine, cynomolgus monkey, human, mouse, ovine, rat, and swine VEGF-A proteins. .
