IHC staining of FFPE human breast cancer with Estrogen Receptor alpha antibody (clone NR3Ga-4R). Required HIER: boil tissue sections in pH9 10mM Tris with 1mM EDTA for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.

Western blot testing of human MCF7 cell lysate with recombinant Estrogen Receptor antibody (clone NR3Ga-4R). Predicted molecular weight ~67 kDa.
