For immunofluorescence start at 5μg/mL.Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunohistochemistry in human samples; Immunocytochemistry in human samples; Immunofluorescence in human samples and Flow Cytometry in mouse samples. All other applications and species not yet tested.
