Immunofluorescence of cell. Sample: HeLa, Green: c-JUN / AP-1, monoclonal antibody (orb1973157): 1-200.

Nitrocellulose membrane was then blocked for an hour before being incubated with orb1973157 overnight at 4°C. c-JUN / AP-1, monoclonal antibody at 1/500 dilution. Lysates at 35 µg per lane.
