Immunofluorescence staining of Kelly cells with anti-Tau Oligomeric complex TOC1. Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed Kelly cells stained with the chimeric rabbit IgG version of TOC1 (orb1463352) (1:1000 dilution) for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (1:1500 dilution), showing nuclear staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right, top-bottom orb1463352, DAPI, merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was anti-fluorescein antibody (orb256390) followed by staining with Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody.
Western Blot using anti-Tau Oligomeric complex antibody TOC1. Kelly(A) (0.5 µg/ml) and U251(B) (0.5 µg/ml) cells lysate (35 µg protein in RIPA buffer) were resolved on a SDS PAGE gel and blots were probed with the chimeric rabbit version of TOC1 (orb1463352) before detection using an anti-rabbit secondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1h was used and protein was detected by chemiluminescence.
