Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of rabbit anti-human IL17RA mAb (orb1174043). (A) orb1174043 does not bind to CHO-S cells that do not express IL17RA. (B) A clear peak shift of orb1174043 was seen compared to the control when incubated with IL17RA-expressing THP-1 cells, indicating strong binding of orb1174043 to IL17RA. Antibodies were incubated at 5 μg/mL.
