Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of anti-human ICAM-1 mAb (orb1471698). (A) orb1471698 does not bind to CHO-S cells that do not express ICAM-1. (B) A clear peak shift of orb1471698 was seen compared to the control when incubated with ICAM-1-expressing Siha cells, indicating strong binding of orb1471698 to ICAM-1. Antibodies were incubated at 5 μg/mL.
