Anti-human CD30 purified antibody specificity verification by flow cytometry. Anti-human CD30 purified antibody (concentration in sample 3 µg/mL, GAM APC, red-filled histogram) binds specifically to CD30 expressed on surface of K562 cells (upper panel), but not on surface of SP2 (lower panel). Level of background signal was assesed on cells unstained by primary antibody under same conditions (GAM APC, black-dashed histograms).
