Immunofluorescence staining of Daudi cells with anti-HLA-A2 antibody BB7.2. Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed Daudi cells on Shi-fix™ coverslips stained with the chimeric rabbit IgG version of BB7.2 (orb1906407) (1:100 dilution) for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (1:1000 dilution), showing membrane and cytoplasmic staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show, from left-right, top-bottom, orb1906407, DAPI, merged channels, and an isotype control. The isotype control was an unknown specificity antibody (orb256458) followed by staining with Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody.

Immunofluorescence staining of Daudi cells with anti-HLA-A2 antibody BB7.2. Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde-fixed Daudi cells on Shi-fix™ coverslips stained with the mouse IgG2b version of BB7.2 (orb1906406) (1:100 dilution) for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (1:1000 dilution), showing membrane staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show, from left-right, top-bottom, orb1906406, DAPI, merged channels, and an isotype control. The isotype control was an unknown specificity antibody (orb256459) followed by staining with Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody.

Western blot using anti-HLA-A2 antibody BB7.2. Daudi cells lysate (35 µg protein in RIPA buffer) was resolved via SDS-PAGE, and the subsequent blot was probed with the chimeric rabbit version of BB7.2 (orb1906407) at 0.3 µg/ml before detection using an appropriate secondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1 hour was used, and proteins were detected by chemiluminescence.
