Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of anti-human her2 mAb (orb1471688). (A) orb1471688 does not bind to Jurkat cells that do not express her2. (B) A clear peak shift of orb1471688 was seen compared to the control when incubated with her2-expressing MCF-7 cells, indicating strong binding of orb1471688 to her2. Antibodies were incubated at 2 μg/mL.
