ELISA plate pre-coated by 1 μg/ml (100 μL/well) Human EPCAM protein, His tagged protein orb689416 can bind Rabbit anti-EPCAM monoclonal antibody (clone: DM147) in a linear range of 5-100 ng/ml.

EPCAM protein is highly expressed on the surface of Expi293 cell membrane. Flow cytometry analysis with Anti-EPCAM on Expi293 cells transfected with human EPCAM (Blue histogram) or Expi293 transfected with irrelevant protein (Red histogram), and Isotype antibody on Expi293 transfected with irrelevant protein (Orange histogram).

Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of Rabbit anti-human EPCAM mAb (orb1174022). (A) orb1174022 does not bind to Jurkat cells that do not express EPCAM. (B) A clear peak shift of orb1174022 was seen compared to the control when incubated with EPCAM -expressing HT55 cells, indicating strong binding of orb1174022 to EPCAM. Antibodies were incubated at 10 μg/mL.
