CD99 protein is highly expressed on the surface of Expi293 cell membrane. Flow cytometry analysis with Anti-CD99 on Expi293 cells transfected with human CD99 (Blue histogram) or Expi293 transfected with irrelevant protein (Red histogram), and Isotype antibody on Expi293 transfected with irrelevant protein (Orange histogram).

Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of rabbit anti-human CD99 mAb (orb1291145). (A) orb1291145 does not bind to CHO-S cells that do not express CD99. (B) A clear peak shift of orb1291145 was seen compared to the control when incubated with CD99-expressing 8226 cells, indicating strong binding of orb1291145 to CD99. Antibodies were incubated at 5 μg/mL.
