CD63 protein is highly expressed on the surface of Expi293 cell membrane. Flow cytometry analysis with Anti-CD63 on Expi293 cells transfected with human CD63 (Blue histogram) or Expi293 transfected with irrelevant protein (Red histogram), and Isotype antibody on Expi293 transfected with irrelevant protein (Orange histogram).

Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of anti-human CD63 mAb (orb1743123). (A) orb1743123 does not bind to CHO-S cells that do not express CD63. (B) A clear peak shift of orb1743123 was seen compared to the control when incubated with CD63-expressing THP-1 cells, indicating strong binding of orb1743123 to CD63. Antibodies were incubated at 5 μg/mL.
