Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of rabbit anti-human CD5 mAb (orb1174008). (A) orb1174008 does not bind to 293T cells that do not express CD5. (B) A clear peak shift of orb1174008 was seen compared to the control when incubated with CD5-expressing Jurkat cells, indicating strong binding of orb1174008 to CD5. Antibodies were incubated at 10 μg/mL.
